salary of the post should be made £400 rising to £550 per annum

by annual increments of £15, in place of the existing rate of

£360 rising to £550 per annum, and that Mr. Cavalier, the present

holder of the appointment, who is performing his duties in an

entirely satisfactory manner, should be advanced from his approved

salary of £370 to the rate of £400 per annum, with effect from the

1st. January, 1915.
